Responsibilities

• Responsible in performing all round HR functions & Office Administration services;
• Work with internal and external parties for daily HR operations and administrations;
• Produce timely & meaningful reports to for decision support;
• Monitor operation practices are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements;
• Study legislation & arbitration decisions to assess industry trends;
• Assist General Insurance handling, office space planning and ad hoc projects  as required.

 Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in HR duties & Office Admin;
• Previous experiences in retail industry is most preferred;
• Demonstrated mastery of compensation and benefits concepts and theories;
• Strong ability in organization and coordination; can interact with different parties;
• Loyal, self-motivated, strong communications skills, independent and proactive;
• Proficient with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
