Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support on culture, engagement and communication initiatives covering both Hong Kong and Macau offices

• Involve in the design of overall culture, engagement and communication strategy and work closely with organizing committee and site leadership on overall implementation

• Plan, execute and manage local employee communication including but not limited to preparing communication materials, ensuring effectiveness of communication tools, and be the primary point of contact on local employee communication channels

• Create, plan and manage physical or digital company events including company townhalls and annual conference/dinner

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

• 1-Year Renewable Contract

Requirements:

• Highly organized and detail oriented

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and tight deadlines

• Detail oriented with high level of accuracy, fast learner, outgoing and a team player with a “Can-do” attitude

• Degree holder preferably in Business Administration / HRM or related discipline

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Proficiency in design software
