Job Description
Our client is a Chinese-funded investment company. They are looking for high calibre candidates for the positions of Receptionist in the Hong Kong office at Central :
What’s offered:
- 12 Annual Leave days
- 17 Public Holidays
- 5 day work week (08:45 - 17:45)
- Overtime pay
- Contract gratuity
Responsibilities:
- Perform general reception duties including answering enquires and client greeting
- To perform full spectrum of office administrative support
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- At least 1 year’s relevant experience in reception or office administration
- Fluent in spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
- Good telephone manner and communication skills in English & Chinese
- Proficient in computer applications in particular MS Word, MS Excel, etc
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
