Job Responsibilities:

• Provide value-added HR generalist services and advisory to designated business units on manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employee relations, staff retention and performance management
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of manpower and HR strategies to support the business strategies of business units
• Act as the business partner of business units to offer advice and solutions on HR related matters
• Developing and implementing training plan according to training needs and company leadership competency
• Handle and support various ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

•  Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in project management
• With strong interest in employee development initiatives, preferably with experience in developing and delivering briefing sessions and training programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Competent in using MS Office Suite including: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
