Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support on daily operations for Café and Fleuriste;
- Assist to create, maintain and update menu, wine list, cake and chocolate offerings;
- Assist to review the operations manual regularly;
- Handling procurement of food merchandize, including food and its packaging;
- Handling food label content and printing, ensure its compliance with regulatory guidelines;
- Work with suppliers for food and beverage products order and delivery;
- Conduct market research on local and overseas food trends;
- Propose seasonal products and promotion for boosting festive sales performance;
- Coordinate with marketing team for sales promotion and photo shootings;
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and analysis;
- Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints;
- Provide support on updating the online shop and POS according to different promotion requirements;
- Control and manage the level of inventory, daily wastage and stock variance;
- Check petty cash forms and follow up with the Finance Department for payment.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in F&B, restaurant or hotel operations;
- Energetic and passionate about food and beverage;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Well organized and detail-oriented;
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua.
