What you’ll do:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management on personal and business matters
• Responsible for the scheduling, preparation and reception of business visits, meetings and events
• Handle calendar management and travel logistics arrangement
• Handle correspondences, minutes and confidential documents
• Maintain an efficient administrative and filing system
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned

• Higher diploma or above, with formal secretarial training would be an advantage
• 5 years or above of secretarial support experience
• Attention to details, well-organized with high sense of responsibility and ability to multi-task
• Familiar with MS applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of both spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role
