Responsibilities

• Be the AGENT to make change happen and make GREEN common!

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to job advertisement, CV screening & shortlisting, interview arrangement, employment offering to assigned F&B front line roles 

• Ensure timely and efficient responses to all candidate applications and hiring managers on related queries;
• Assist for document control, report and statistics including vacancy summary, new joiner & leaver summary, recruitment cost & expenses;
• Undertake administrative and logistical support surrounding the arrangement of recruitment;
• Provide support in the delivery of ad hoc recruitment or HR related projects and activities.

Requirements

• Passionate in promoting green lifestyle (knowledge in vegetarian / vegan product is a plus)
• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 3+ years hands-on experience in F&B, Retail, FMCG and HR agency
• Experience in bulk/mass recruitment for front-line staff

• Good spoken and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, Mandarin

• Details minded, multi-tasking, be flexible to adapt changes, able to work under pressure, independent and capable to manage tight schedule
• Working Location: Kowloon Bay with five day work week
