• Assist in supporting full spectrum of HR functions in payroll calculation, MPF enrolment and contribution, etc.
• Handle document updating and maintaining staff personal record, attendance record, leave record
• Liaise closely with Site Managers/staff for payroll related matters
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 1 year relevant working experience
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing (MUST)
• Immediate availability or short notice will be of prime consideration
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
