About our client:

Our client is a well-established and world leading automative company with a global presence.  They are looking a Human Resources Officers (HRBP) to join their HR team.

It is a newly created headcount due to business expansion.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Act as business partner to work closely with operation departments to provide all-round HR services
• Support specific HR projects such as employee engagement program and internship program
• Handle employee relations and communications with relevant internal and external parties
• Implement, update and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with standard HR practices, laws and regulations
• Participate in HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years work experiences in sizable firms
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well versed of HK employment ordinances
• Well organized, self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, candidates with Photoshop or video editing experience are preferred
• Experience in L&D related tasks will be an advantage
