Scope of Duties: 

• Prepare and compile materials for knowledge and practical training/examination/assessment
• Design course syllabus, training methodologies, and assessment methods
• Deliver knowledge and practical training in the classroom or at workplace or overseas
• Conduct knowledge examination and practical assessment
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure a high standard is maintained
• Liaise with the production departments or other group companies to identify/update the training needs of the current training
• Act as a mentor for trainees under various training schemes

Requirements: 

• Holder of HKCAD Cat. B2* / EASA Cat. B2 Maintenance Licence
• Completed 2 or more EASA Part-147 type training courses
• Recognized higher diploma or above in Engineering/Physics
• Experience in Aircraft maintenance for no less than 3 years
• Knowledge in Part-147 system is an advantage
• Experience in Training will be a definite advantage
• Act as a qualified instructor, deliver the course in required standard
• Ensure the compliance of the course syllabus and training materials
• Act as an examiner/assessor, perform the duties with integrity.
• Being the subject expert, one should give suggestions and create/amend training materials to fulfill the training needs
• Have a good sense of safety, avoid unsafe practice in practical training
• Initiative and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team, as well as the ability to work independently
• Ability to use a wide range of PC software effectively including MS Office. Experience and interest in using multi-media software is preferred
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
