Assistant Facilities Officer

• Assist in school facilities management including swimming pool facilities
• Assist in daily school operations, administration and handling procurement / tenders/ fixed assets related documents
• Work closely with the office staff and teachers, and other parties to monitor the proper usage of the facilities
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers relating to project management
• Remain vigilant of the conditions of the school facilities and its related auxiliary operations to ensure safety
• Provide any other related support as assigned

• Diploma or above in facilities management or relevant disciplines
• Some experience in managing facilities will be an advantage
• Candidate with Grade D or above for Chinese and English in HKCEE or Level 4 or above for Chinese and English in HKDSE is preferred
• Well-versed in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and good command of English and Chinese
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
