Scope of Duties: 

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to customer representatives
• Support on permits application, hotels accommodation booking, and transportation arrangements for customer representatives
• Liaise with local on-site customers as well as overseas airlines customers for their on-site work arrangements in HAECO
• Liaise with external services providers such as hotel sales agents for hotels booking
• Assist Commercial Officer in maintaining customer records, manage the customer representative office and organize all relationship building customer activities / events with internal and external stakeholders
• Daily coordination on customers’ requests and enquiries
• Daily communication and interactions with customer representatives, operations supporting department including Equipment Maintenance (Transport), Security and facilities department etc.

Requirements: 

• Recognized diploma in any disciplines, business / management related as an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of customer relations / marketing experience, preferably in aviation industry
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• A good team player with good customer services skills
• Proficient in preparing customer support correspondences and project management with MS Office applications
• Good problem-solving skills and capable to address customers concerns
• Customer focus and service oriented
• Analytical, results-oriented, customer focus and good project management skills
