An expanding legal firm in Central. We are looking for candidates to fill the following posts:

 1. Legal Secretary

• Provide secretarial and administrative support  to solicitors ;
• At least 1 year's solid experience in law firm, preferably in litigation department;
• Fast and accurate typing skill with good telephone manner, formal secretarial training is preferable;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility a must;
• Be pleasant, self-motivated, reliable and systematic;
• Able to work under pressure.

  2. Legal Executive / 3. Litigation Clerk

• Drafting of court/legal documents and correspondence;
• Conduct legal research;
• Liaison with Solicitors and Counsel;
• Able to handle the file independently;
• Diploma in law/legal studies or equivalent degree holder will be an advantage;
• At least 2 years experience in handling of civil and litigation matters in law firm;
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese is essential;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing are required.
