• Handle incoming calls and enquiries, arrange appointments in a professional manner
• Provide clerical support to doctor and therapists and follow up patients’ documents
• Handle payment by cash, credit card, cheque etc.
• Work in a team to provide outstanding customer service to achieve center goals  
• Handle other duties as assigned by Operation Manager, including center upkeeping and facilities management

Job Requirements 

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 2-year relevant clinic/ health-care stores experience preferred
• Pleasant, good telephone manners, team-player with strong interpersonal & multi-tasking skills
• Good command in English, Cantonese and conversational Putonghua
• Familiar with MS office (Including Word, Excel, PPT and Chinese word processing)
• Applicant with less experience will be considers as Customer Service Assistant
• Immediate availability an advantage
