Job Description

Our client is one of the leading utilities industries in Hong Kong. With their expanding business, they are now looking for a HR Manager (HRBP) to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a HR Business Partner to provide one-stop and professional HR advice and solutions to different department / stakeholders
  • Utilise all the channels to source the right candidates and expand the talent pool, as well as developing and implementing sourcing strategies
  • Cooperate with the hiring managers and HR in end-to-end recruitment process and do research on the market and hiring needs
  • Responsible for mentoring and employee relations, dealing with staff cases and work disputes
  • Conduct annual salary review, salary benchmarking and budgeting, manpower planning and other ad-hoc analysis
  • Lead the team in HR related projects, devise solutions to enhance employee experience and work efficiency
  • Assist in training coordination and facilitation, such as soft skills workshop arrangement and new joiner orientations
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 8-10 years' hands-on experience in full spectrum of human resources management
  • Solid experience in employee relations, employee cases handling and talent acquisition, preferably from MNC / sizable companies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded, with can-do attitude and being able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
