Our client, a Japanese company is looking for a Japanese Speaking Admin Officer/Senior Admin Officer to join their team as follows:

Job Duties:
・Daily admin duty such as, Handle data(Tel book, seating layout)
・Reports and documents( ISO related agenda, arrange payment request)
・Filling (Japanese expatriate related documents, Visa, HKID, medical, body check etc)
・Attend meetings(Internal, company)
・Other ad-hoc jobs

Requirement:
・High Diploma or above
・Business Administration or Secretary experienced
・Business level of Japanese(JLPT N2 holder or above), English and Mandarin
・Business level of Windows OS, MS office
・3 years or above Admin or HR experience
・Good knowledge of working visa application, business administration

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・familiar with Japanese working culture, excellent interpersonal skills
・fully understanding "HoRenSo" and practice
・negotiate with 3rd parties, e.g. service provider, landlord
