Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the department
- Arrange meeting schedules and make travel arrangements
- Upkeep various databases and maintain filing system of the department
- Prepare proposals, reports, presentations and other corresponding documents
- Assist in billing process
- Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by the department head
- Diploma holder, formal secretarial training an advantage
- 2-3 years of working experience
- Independent, attentive to detail, and able to meet tight timelines
- Strong sense of responsibilities and self motivated
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
