• Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the department 
• Arrange meeting schedules and make travel arrangements 
• Upkeep various databases and maintain filing system of the department 
• Prepare proposals, reports, presentations and other corresponding documents
• Assist in billing process
• Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by the department head

• Diploma holder, formal secretarial training an advantage
• 2-3 years of working experience 
• Independent, attentive to detail, and able to meet tight timelines
• Strong sense of responsibilities and self motivated
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
