Job Descriptions: 

• Maintain and manage social media channel account setting
• Perform data entry and checking
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the department on daily operations
• Monitor oversea virtual assistants in order to support the normal operations 
• Handle ad hoc tasks and any other assigned duties as requested 

Job Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Experience in Sales and Marketing or Digital Marketing is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) and Chinese word processing
• Detail-minded, punctual, responsible, organized and self-motivated
