Job Responsibilities

• Report to CEO
• Provide full range of secretarial, administrative and personal support
• Arrange meetings, business & personal trips and appointment schedule
• Manage CEO’s business & social calendar, travel schedules and conference participation
• Prepare various correspondence, reports, minutes and presentation materials
• Maintain filing and handle correspondence in a systematic and professional manner
• Other supporting / outdoor works requested by CEO

Requirements

• University graduate in business administration or any related discipline.
• At least 3 years' working experience in serving Senior Management.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and excellent analytical ability.
• Presentable, meticulous, organized, logical mind-set and detail oriented
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
• Preferably with working background in PRC
• Immediately available is preferred
