Job Description
We are looking for a suitable candidate as Personal Assistant for Vice President with the following key responsibilities:
- Perform secretarial and administrative support for a team of Sales Consultancy such as preparation for client events and meetings, collection and delivery of documents
- As coordinator for team meeting and activity reporting
- Outdoor duties may be required
- Any other ad hocs task as assigned by Vice President
We look for:
- Post secondary education or above, preferably with Diploma in business, accounting or finance
- At least 2 years working experience, preferably in the financial industry
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, attentive to details
- Ability to work independently and a good team player
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines
- Fresh graduates or candidates without relevant industry experience would also be considered
