Job Description
Responsibilities

- Prepare business analysis (including market information, commercial terms evaluation, compliance, and financial information)
- Assist in the preparation of reports and proposals in connection with existing business
- Monitor the progress of investment projects (including liaison with external parties, payment requisition)
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports for management review
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to Executives such as meeting arrangement, travel itinerary & accommodation, etc.
- Assist in the general / ad-hoc research for different business projects
- Degree holder in Business Administration or any related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in Secretarial or Business Analysis
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
