Responsibilities:-

• Perform full spectrum HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefit, payroll and commission, MPF administration and visa application
• Provide full range of administrative support in daily operation.
• Manage the data in HRIS management including leave records, personal profile, staff movements to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Manage employee relations, such as, medical insurance enrollment and claims, taxation matters
• Assist to organize general office affairs, staff activities and other ad hoc projects

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in HR & Admin area at sizable company (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and MPF Ordinance and familiar with work visa procedures
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with positive and helpful attitude
• A good team player, self-motivated, detail-minded and result-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Multi-task oriented, independent, good time management and able to work under pressure
• Less experience will considered as HR & Admin Assistant
• Fresh Graduate Welcome
