• Identify key requirements and preferred qualities of the roles, communicate with external agencies for assistance 
• Keep a complete record of the incoming profiles into the HR system 
• Shortlist suitable candidates for HR and line managers’ consideration
• Extend offer to the identified candidate, conduct reference check, liaise with the necessary departments for on boarding matters
• Design an induction programme and office tour for the new joiners  
• Prepare tax forms fro IRD
• Responsible for graduate recruitment for Hong Kong & overseas and related logistics
• Facilitate CPD with HK Law Society
• Manage C&B functions including MPF, group medical, and taxation issues
• Prepare monthly HR report for management reviewing 

• Bachelor degree holder with at least 2 years experience in law firms
• Exposure in HR generalist background
• Good knowledge in professional firms working environment
• Fluency English is required
• Good communication skills with can-do attitude
