Job Duties    

• Provide secretarial and executive support to Deputy General Manager;
• Manage general daily administration work including data entry, document filling, procurement of office supplies and equipment maintenance, mail handling and courier arrangement etc.
• Assist to operational support with internal and external parties, assist to outdoor operations team, e.g. oil ordering;
• Answer phones and respond to client requests and inquiries, 
• Handle licenses renewal and relevant documentations;
• Maintain the management system and records accurately;
• Support in ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirement

• Higher Diploma or above;
• Minimum 3 years working experience;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese;
• Proficiency in MS Office, English & Chinese Word Processing;
• Highly self-motivated, well organized, detail minded, responsible & good communication skill;
• Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking;
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
