Your role within the team 

  • Handle full spectrum of daily C&B administrative function for Asia region (Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Indonesia and Thailand).
  • Maintain and update employee records at HRIS system.
Key responsibilities include: 
  • Manage monthly payroll, benefits & insurance, MPF & taxation.
  • Prepare budget, HR reports, organizational charts and staff movement reports.
  • Assist annual HR processes, including performance management, salary review and bonus recommendations processes.
  • Perform annual salary survey and related analysis as needed.
  • Manage HR related payments and follow up.
  • Liaise with different parties on daily HR administrative issues.
  • Provide support to office administration if necessary.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience 

To make sure we are setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or any related discipline.(Fresh Graduate will be considered.)
  • 2 years human resources experience in multinational companies.
  • Attention to detail with excellent mathematical skills.
  • Good experience in payroll administration & HRIS management.
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance. 
  • Logical, conscientious, flexible and organized.
  • Self-starter, proactive and creative problem solver.
  • Good Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Good command of  spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
