Responsibilities

• Assist HR Manager to perform general duties of HR work including Schedule meetings and candidate interviews, payroll calculation, time sheet management
• Responsible for daily clerical support
• Coordinate with internal departments for contracts and documentations to ensure the operation efficiency
• Maintain confidentially and privacy on employee welfare and personnel matters
• Assist in HR administration duties including gathering data from employees, updating attendance and leave record, and maintaining staff personnel files
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above in related discipline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all level of people
• Detail minded, strong sense of responsibilities, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office
• A good team player, detail minded and good numerical sense
• With HR working experience would be considered as HR Executive
