The incumbent will assist in planning, execution and follow through of organization / talent development projects and initiatives for the Company. She/he will also provide HR services and support to designated departments on recruitment and selection, employee relations, staff retention, performance management, as well as policy and procedure administration and participated in other ad hoc assignments to support business improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Highly participate in Organization / Talent Development projects including trainee programs, competency model for the Company, succession planning and high potential staff development, employee engagement activities, staff caring program and culture building initiatives, etc.
• Responsible for the end-to-end process of assigned recruitment activities focusing at office positions and trainee programs
• Independently handle staff on-boarding procedure; ensure formality well aligned with company policies; manage employment cycle including the exit of staff
• Work as business partner to liaise with internal stakeholders from different Business Divisions
• Provide support on other HR initiatives and ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferable in Human Resources Management or other business related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ solid recruitment experience, preferably from retail industry
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with outgoing personality, positive and proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Experienced user of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing. Knowledge in design software is an added advantage
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
