The incumbent will be responsible for providing a full spectrum of human resources services to designated Business Unit/Divisions, included but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits and employee relations. His/ Her responsibilities are to provide professional HR advice and services to line management and business leaders to support them to drive for business growth and achieve company objectives. In addition, he/she would handle various HR reports & ad hoc projects assigned.

• University degree in Human Resources or related discipline;
• At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment & reports preparation; experience in the FMCG/trading/retail industry and sizable companies would be an advantage;.
• Well versed in employment legislation and other statutory ordinances.
• Self-motivated; Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge and experience in using PeopleSoft is an advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
