Accountabilities – Key Result Areas 

• Provide support in all aspect of training matters, including identify training needs, review and design training plan, execute and evaluate training feedback and results
• Conduct and update various training programs to enhance technical competences, work knowledge and soft skills development
• Responsible for translation and keep update of product training portfolios 
• Responsible for the preparation of the training resources and the arrangement of the training sessions
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through effective field coaching and regular shop visits
• Maintain training database and consolidate training reports for management review

Experience / Qualification Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 1-2 years’ solid experience in training and development preferably gained from fashion retail chains
• Proven track record in conducting training programs for frontline staff, as well as shaping customer service culture
• Hands-on experience in video shooting, editing and animation tools
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with different levels of employees
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
