Job description:

• Help clients prepare their visa applications.
• Answer client’s enquires on their visa application.
• Provide advice on immigration policy, trends and issues that may be pertinent to clients.
• Develop strong client relationships and deliver high quality customer service.
• Be a team player with resilience.

 Job requirements:

• Higher Diploma or University education with 2 years’ experience or above as commercial writers/service support/project coordinator/editor/journalist.
• Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree Holders in English Language, Linguistics, Bilingual, Translation, Journalism, Business Administration are preferred.
• Well-developed analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Highly developed written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task and balance priorities to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Canadian and Australian migration legislation and policy an advantage.
