Responsibilities:

• Provide all-rounder HR & general administrative support including but not limited to recruitment, vendor management, office maintenance, etc.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from drafting the JDs to on & off-boarding arrangements.
• Handle business travel arrangements and visa applications upon required.
• Assist in preparing letters, forms, data entry, filing, etc.
• Manage the staff attendance, leave records, and respond to staff inquiries.
• Assist in implementing restaurant SOP.
• Organize company & external events and activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.                                

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related disciplines.
• 2 years of experience in the role of HR generalist preferably in the F&B industry.
• Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with staff at all levels.
• Good teamwork player, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail/deadlines and capable to work under pressure.
• Immediately available will be an advantage.
