• Assist in formulating full spectrum of HR strategies in relation to employee engagement (employee wellness programmes, corporate ESR and ED&I policies and initiatives) 
• Manage the function of employee relations, supporting the Committee for employee grievances 
• Oversee employee recognition initiatives, events & communications 
• Assist in corporate HR organisation development projects; and 
• Administer HR office  

• Degree in HR, Psychology or Language or other relevant disciplines 
• Minimum 6 years of solid working experience in employee engagement/relations gained from sizable corporations 
• Good experience in formulating HR strategies and managing initiatives 
• Passion for employee engagement & employee relations management 
• Excellent interpersonal & communications skills 
• Good understanding of appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances and policies related to employee relations
• Good negotiation techniques and dispute resolution skills 
• Tactful, calm, persuasive in controversial and/or confrontational situations
