Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

       Provide clerical support on daily operations and execution of projects;

       To co-ordinate daily office facilities and administrative services;

       Handle data input and perform duties of project administration

       Responsible for internal filing and documentation

       Take up ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirement:

       F.5 or above, 1-year or above relevant clerk experience;

       Practical experience in engineering service industries is preferable, but not essential.

      Knowledge of  Microsoft Excel and Word and computer operation;

      Written and spoken English and Chinese

      Candidates with Power Plant experience are welcome 

      Immediate availability is highly preferred;

 Working Hours:

         Monday - Friday : 8:00am - 5:00pm (Included one hour meal time)

         Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (Alternative Long and Short Week)
         
         Working location: Kwai Chung / Tuen Mun
