Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment services to faculty and non-faculty departments;
- Manage and maintain employee data in the HRIS;
- Facilitate the applications of teacher qualification and work visa for overseas new hires;
- Facilitate on-boarding process and assist in the preparation for new employee orientation;
- Maintain individual employees personnel files;
- Assist in preparing documentations of professional development sponsorship for faculty and non-faculty staff; and
- Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline;
- At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment function;
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive, team player and well organized ;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin; and
- Excellent in computer skills and MS Office.
