Responsibilities:

• Arrange daily internal and external duties, such as going to bank and post office, collecting and delivering documents;
• Perform office administration duties, such as mailing, photocopying and document binding;
• General logistics works such as moving furniture and equipment if needed;
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments when required

Requirements:

• Primary 3 or above;
• At least 3 years relevant working experience;
• Able to read and write Chinese and English
• Responsible, hardworking and punctual
