Requirements:

• DSE or above, holder in human resources or relevant subjects
• Minimum 1 years related experience
• Fluent in both written/spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Quick response and fast pace, well-organized, detail-minded & self-motivate
• Proficient in computer skills including win10, office & powerpoint
• Immediate available is a MUST

 (Fresh graduates will be considered as Admin Trainee)

Responsibility:

• To assist in all-rounded accounts, human resources & admin matters and functions
• Perform reception duties including guests greeting, sorting out incoming mails, arranging mailing and courier services, phone calls and taking messages, etc
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the team, including data entry, filing, office supplies administration and stationary ordering, etc
• Occasionally assisting with submission of documents to the Inland Revenue Department and Companies Registry
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the process running smoothly

General Terms and Conditions:

•       Full Time, Permanent
•       Working hours: 09:30-18:30(Mon-Fri)
•       HK$13-14K per month
•       Public holidays
•       14days Annual Leave
