Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• To provide full spectrum of secretarial administrative support the team
• To assist in preparing proposal / reports
• To maintain centralized filing systems
• To handle travel arrangements for team members
• To record leave applications / maintain and update client database / maintain task list and proposal list
• To maintain and organize department‘s schedules, including meetings, conferences and business travel
• To prepare invoices
• To prepare presentations and minutes for meetings

A qualifying candidate:

•   Associate Degree or above with formal secretarial training preferred but not must
•   At least 2 years relevant working experience in MNC company, real estate industry will be an advantage
•   Good command in spoken and written of both English and Cantonese. Fluent Mandarin is an asset.
•   Proficient in Word / Excel / PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
•   Pleasant, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
