Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative, clerical and secretarial support including data entry, courier & mailing arrangements and document control
  • Provide support to Executive management
  • Manage itinerary of meetings and events, and prepare meeting minutes and reports if necessary
  • Handle full procurement process
  • Maintain filing systems for records, correspondence and other materials
  • Organize company-wide events and activities
  • Back up the receptionist when needed

Requirements:

  • HKCEE / DSE Form 5 or above
  • 5 years or above of relevant working experience
  • Experience in procurement and secretarial duties is definitely an advantage
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good Command of written and spoken Cantonese, basic written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of MS Office

 *2-year Contract will be offered to suitable candidate, and is subject to renewal.
