- Perform reception duties includes in a professional manner
- Greeting the guests and visitors
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails and courier
- Coordinate conference room booking and set up, manage office equipment, stationery and paper etc.
- Administrative support
- Perform ad-hoc assignment
- Good command of English, Mandarin
- Japanese Speaking is a plus
- Good command of Ms office ,Word, Excel
- Fresh Graduate and less experience will be considered
- Good communication and interpersonal skills,Cheerful
