Our client, a  Japanese company is looking for a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to join their team:

Job Description
  • Perform reception duties includes in a professional manner
  • Greeting the guests and visitors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails and courier
  • Coordinate conference room booking and set up, manage office equipment, stationery and paper etc.
  • Administrative support
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment
Requirements
  • Good command of English, Mandarin
  • Japanese Speaking is a plus
  • Good command of Ms office ,Word, Excel
  • Fresh Graduate and less experience will be considered
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills,Cheerful
