- Support to embed HKBN leadership competencies and core values in all our learning touchpoints.
- Assist in delivering impactful training and development programs.
- Facilitate action learning and production of digital learning platforms.
- Administer our internal Talent Development Sponsorship program and enhance it via process digitalization and streamlines.
- Coordinate with business units to facilitate using external resources or subsidies to maximize our resources for supporting Talents’ growth.
- Prepare various Talent reports (e.g. Talents’ needs or skills deficits) through our Manpower Management system Workday
- Collaborate with other Talent Engagement teammates to run company-wide Talent events and internal promotion.
The follow attributes will be valued...
- Bachelor’s degree holder with 1-2 year of experiences in Talent function from sizable companies
- Well-organized and with analytical mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel
- Excellent written and spoken in both English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant
