Position: Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide a full spectrum of executive and secretarial support to the Production Manager
• Assist the Manager in all business activities, co-ordinate meeting schedules, and implementation of projects
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily operations
• Handle business correspondence, meeting minutes etc
• Perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
• A team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed-minded, well organized, multi-tasking with a strong sense of responsibility
• Superb professionalism with high learning agility
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing
• Immediately available will be an advantage
