Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the department;
• Responsible for tender document arrangement;
• Handle hotlines enquiries from existing tenant and potential client;
• Prepare update market information in regular basis;
• Handle leasing matters of both HK and PRC;
• Assist in handling sales documents;
• Assist ad hoc duties when assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or above;
• At least 3 years of secretarial work experience, preferably with exposure in property developer;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Enthusiastic, proactive, organized and able to work under pressure.
