JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Office Admin functions including recruitment, compensation & welfare, staff engagement, training & development, performance appraisal, and industry salary benchmarking.
• Develop and implement new sourcing methods to speed-up recruitment and on-boarding
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques & supervision skills
• Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs & design career path
• Implement strategic HR plans to support the achievement of business objectives and organizational growth.
• Develop staff engagement programs to motivate and retain good performers  
• Cultivate a healthy, productive, and happy working culture
• Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
• Review and implement staff handbook policies and incentive scheme
• Prepare regular human resources and administration reports for management's review
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•  At least 6 years of all-rounded human resources working experience; with solid headhunting skills or headhunt agency background is definitely a plus
• Excellent skillset in phone and in-person interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
• Solid experience on hiring technical and BtoB sales positions
• Familiar with technology company culture with an entrepreneurship spirit
• Strong leadership, detail-minded, independent, self-initiative, well-organized and good team player with enthusiastic and proactive behaviour
• Capable of working in demanding and fast-growing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Travel to China offices may be necessary
