• Provide corporate services to clients
• Perform company secretarial duties to ensure compliance with Companies Ordinance and other regulatory rules
• Assist in preparing business correspondence, presentations, reports and other administrative duties
• Act as a contact and liaison point between factories and offices, suppliers and clients
• Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments
• Friendly working environment, on-job coaching and regular training on professional development

Requirements

• 3 year(s) relevant working experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Words processing and CSA
• Self-initiative, cheerful, willing to learn and possess good client skills
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Knowledge of company secretarial requirement by the Companies Registry
• Immediately available would be a credit
