Job Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to the Operation Manager to carry out different business tasks;
• To participate in new store opening or renovation projects;
• Assist in market research and analysis;
• Liaise and follow up with internal and external parties for business related issues;
• Handle inquiries and complaints from customer;
• Work closely with frontline & handle operations matters and materials;
• Work closely with Marketing, CS and other parties to reach company standard;
• Responsible for running and managing the customer service operations;
• Perform ad hoc project as assigned

 Requirement

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related subjects
• 3 year or above experience in F&B operation is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, includes Word, Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Table) & PowerPoint
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and excellent communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
