Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle business correspondence, confidential documents and other administrative duties
- Provding full spectrum secretarial and routine clerical assistant to Boss, both personal and business matter
- Self-motivated, mature and presentable
- Handle incoming & outgoing phone calls, mail, faxes and emails
Requirements:
- Immediately available is HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Experience with Mircosoft Office
- Energetic, pro-active, self motivated and able to work independently
- Minimum 2 years relevant experiences
