Responsibility  

• Lead and motivate frontline team on achieving clinic goals 
• Coach frontline team on CS and selling skills; host training sessions whenever necessary.
• Communicate and corporate with cross functional teams on marketing activities, etc. 
• Initiate and develop operational strategies to enhance daily operations and management.
• Prepare operational analysis, routine reports and recommendations to facilitate management decision making.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Strong leadership and communication skills along with positive and can do attitude
• Presentable with good analytical skills, data driven and excellent business acumen
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills to work across different team members
• Familiar with MS office 
• Immediate availability is preferred
