The Role

Training and talent development role to support our banking business.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist team lead to identify training needs of various business units
• Develop, organize and implement learning & development programs
• Deliver Staff Orientation Programme
• Source vendors and provide advice in the selection process based on certain criteria
• Maintain good relationship with training vendor
• Coordinate overall training logistics arrangement, such as training agreement, enrollment, evaluation and etc.
• Maintain Learning Management Systems and training records
• Monitor the training expenses within the training budget
• Manage Employee Assistance Programme and related firm wide activities
• Coordinate divisional administrative tasks 
• Such other duties as shall be directed by superiors from time to time

Skills & Experience

• Love the country and Hong Kong and align with the core values of Bank of China and BOCI
• Degree holder or above
• 5 years or above relevant experience with exposure in financial institutions
• Hands-on experience implementing learning and development programs
• Self-motivated, detailed oriented and pleasant; enjoy teamwork a MUST
• With good command of spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficiency in PC applications, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
