Job Purpose
To support Store Manager and the Sales and Operations team with all matters related to sales and operations. Provide administrative support and implementation for different projects.
Key Accountabilities:
In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with Store Manager and Sales and Operation team to support the store operation and analyze sales performance
- Contribute to the preparation of staff incentive programs and progress tracking
- Assist in the organization of outpost events and staff sales, and update / consolidate any customer database on a regular basis
- Communicate each sales & marketing activity / event to stores in a timely and clear manner
- Generate and review sales, sell through reports and shop feedback reports and highlight any critical issues that require immediate action.
- Ensure that weekly and monthly reports are prepared and presented to the Management on a timely manner
- Assist in answering internal emails, customer enquiries through phone calls/ email
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferably in fashion/ luxury retail industry
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well-organized with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese/ English Word Processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English/ Mandarin and Cantonese
- Able to work on shift-based and during weekends
