Responsibilities:

• Provide customer services for artistic jewellery gallery including but not limited to introduction the background & history to customers, serving the sale of jewellery products and arranging seminars & workshops
• Interact with customers proactively to deliver exhibition concept, seminars & workshops and handle customers’ enquiries professionally
• Coordinate with designers in residency programme and communicate with designers to handle ad-hoc tasks
• Provide general clerical & administrative support as well as facilities management
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks & projects as assigned
• Work Location: PMQ located at Central
• Shift duty is required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with customer service experience / jewellery knowledge is preferable
• Basic skills in metalworking with jewellery design background are the advantages
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is an advantage
• Good customer service attitude and manner with sense of responsibility
• Pro-active, energetic with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
